Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS management, or a similar role.
Familiarity with Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
