Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Functional Lead to drive the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday modules including Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll, and Core HCM.
This role will lead functional decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless delivery from prototype to production.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead building of Time and Absence prototype tenants and migration to Production.
Lead design decisions and ensure cohesiveness with other areas of the Workday HCM system
Oversee and execute system testing
Partner with business subject matter experts to ensure appropriate configuration
Understand unique business requirements and translate into system configuration
Appropriately escalate risks
Experience:
7 years of experience in Workday Configuration
HCM systems experience and the technical aptitude and capability to configure the product to meet the business requirements
Ability to meet deadlines
Skillset:
Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with Workday tenants, business process frameworks, and security configuration
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
