Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Workday Consultant for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate with experience designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations to enable seamless data exchange between enterprise systems and business applications.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $63/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Workday Consultant Job Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).

  • Create and manage data transformations and mappings using XML, XSLT, JSON, and related integration technologies.

  • Perform integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support end-to-end validation to ensure reliable data exchange.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.

  • Ensure Workday integrations comply with security, data governance, and organizational compliance standards.

  • Monitor integration performance, resolve production issues, and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in Workday Integrations, Workday HCM, or enterprise application integration development.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Workday Integration Cloud.

  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, data transformation, integration troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization within Workday environments.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $63.00 per hour
