We are seeking a senior-level Workday Configuration Analyst with expertise in Payroll, Advanced Compensation (ACM), and Benefits Administration. This role will serve as a functional subject matter expert responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday solutions that enhance payroll, compensation, and benefits processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements, configuration updates, and process improvements in a fast-paced Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment of updates within Workday Payroll and Advanced Compensation (ACM) modules.Design, optimize, and maintain complex Workday Business Processes (BPs) to support efficient workflows and data governance across payroll, compensation, and human resources functions.Configure and support Workday Benefits Administration, ensuring accurate integration of benefit deductions within payroll processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver configuration enhancements based on business requirements and user stories.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, testing, and release activities.Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration issues across Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Business Process configurations.Manage tenant security configurations and support access governance requirements.Support Workday release testing, validation, and deployment activities.Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable Workday configuration solutions.Provide ongoing support, optimization, and documentation for Workday configurations and processes.Required QualificationsProven hands‑on experience configuring and supporting the Workday Payroll module, including earnings, deductions, pay groups, and tax elections.Direct experience configuring Workday Advanced Compensation (ACM), including merit cycles, bonus plans, compensation eligibility rules, and total rewards programs.Strong experience with Workday Benefits Administration, including benefit groups, plans, coverage rules, and deduction mapping.Advanced experience designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Workday Business Processes (BPs) across Core HCM and Payroll.Experience building and maintaining condition rules, approval workflows, and step configurations.Minimum of 2 years of experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.Strong understanding of payroll, compensation, benefits, and human capital management processes.Experience supporting Workday testing, deployment, and release management activities.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience serving as a functional subject matter expert for Workday Payroll, Compensation, or Benefits.Knowledge of Workday security administration and tenant management.Experience participating in large‑scale Workday enhancement or optimization initiatives.Experience collaborating with cross‑functional business and technical teams in Agile environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
