Position Information

Are you looking for an on-campus position where you can build real-world skills and gain professional experience? The NDOSH office is seeking an organized and detail-oriented student who can deliver exceptional customer service to join their team.

What Youll Do

Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the ND OSHA office, facilitating essential office management tasks and assisting program staff with the execution of specialized projects and routine daily requirements.

Hourly Rate: $16.00/hour

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Review paperwork files and ensure that all components of the file are available
  • Provides high-quality customer service to clients
  • Maintains the inventory sheets
  • Assists with receiving and responding to written, personal, and telephone inquiries
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality
  • Excellent computer software skills - Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, email, and electronic calendar
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Proven interpersonal skills (ability to work well with a variety of people)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to pay attention to detail and demonstrate accuracy
  • Ability to multitask
  • Able to work independently and with a team
