Description
- Draft, revise, and finalize trust and estate documents, including wills and correspondence
- Prepare and assemble client binders for executed legal documents
- Provide backup support to legal secretaries and front desk when needed
- Manage document formatting, scanning, and file organization
- Handle correspondence preparation, including certified mail and courier services
- Maintain accurate client files and ensure timely document filing
- Act as a witness during client document signings
- Manage email attachments and document distribution as required

Profile
A successful Word Processor should have:
- 2+ years of Word Processing or administrative experience, ideally in a legal setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Team-oriented with a flexible, support-focused mindset
- High school diploma required; additional education preferred
Job Offer
- Salary: $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience
