Location: Dothan, AL

Pay Rate: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Depending on Experience

Schedule: Monday - Thursday + Some Saturdays

Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• Basic carpentry or woodworking experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and accurate measuring skills
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and work throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team
• Ability to follow instructions and production schedules

Preferred Skills

• Experience with crating, packaging, or shipping large/fragile items
• Familiarity with freight or commercial shipping standards
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Build custom wooden crates for signs and other large products
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber according to specifications
• Operate hand tools and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns
• Ensure crates are structurally sound and meet shipping requirements
• Wrap, cushion, and secure products to prevent damage during transit
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and packaging instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
• Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as needed
