Performing annual well-woman exams and routine screenings Managing contraceptive counseling and care Addressing common gynecologic concerns Providing patient education and preventive care Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in Epic EMR

University of Maryland Shore Regional Health (UMMS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Womens Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Easton, Maryland. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no call requirements, perfect for those passionate about women's health and seeking work-life balance within a mission-driven, community-focused environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required Certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) preferred; FNPs with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply Experience in women's health or primary care is preferred New graduates with a strong passion for womens health and patient advocacy will be considered Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required Experience preferred, not required DEA and CDS eligible Preferred experience in midwifery New graduates encouraged to apply

Compensation:
Pay Range: $123,250 - $141,950 annual salary (Compensation is determined based on years of experience as an advanced practice provider) Overtime is earned for any work performed beyond 40 hours Review the 2024-2025 UMMS Benefits Guide
