Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive women’s health and obstetric care to antepartum, postpartum, GYN surgical, and laboring patients, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Assess patient conditions through NSTs, newborn and postpartum evaluations, and triage assessments to determine appropriate interventions and care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including charge RNs, OB MDs, and resource nurses, to deliver coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and vital signs within the EPIC EMR system, ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • Execute bedside nursing procedures, including blood draws, medication administration via Alaris pumps, and equipment management, while adhering to facility protocols.
