Abortion Care: At PPRM, we all work in abortion care. This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services.
Union: This role is represented by SEIU, Local 105 and is governed by the terms of a collective bargaining agreement.
Paid Training: To give you the best training possible in the shortest amount of time you may need to travel to Denver for 2-4 weeks during the first 1 to 2 months.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Starting Pay: $49.23–$65.16/hour (based on experience in reproductive/sexual healthcare or with PPRM)
Additional Pay: +$2.25/hour for Spanish fluency (upon passing test)

What You'll Do:
Starting Pay: $48.50/hour (based on experience in reproductive/sexual healthcare or with PPRM)
Additional Pay: +$2.25/hour for Spanish fluency (upon passing test)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays. More scheduling details will be discussed during the interview. Ideal candidates will be able to work a flexible schedule to weekends, weekdays, evening and holidays as the business need may arise.
COVID-19 Protocol: Vaccination against COVID-19 will no longer be a condition of employment. However, all Health Center/Patient or Community Facing Employees, must have the COVID vaccine or wear a mask at all times beginning November 1st. Proof must be uploaded upon hire. Flu Protocol: All employees working directly with patients, the community or working in a health center will be required to have the flu shot or wear a mask during patient/community contact or while in the health center from November 1 – April 30 each year (Flu Season).
