Job Details
Experience as a Head Coach is preferred, but candidates with experience as an assistant coach or a background in flag or tackle football will also be considered. The Coach is responsible for developing a competitive and well-rounded program that upholds the College's standards of academic success, character development, and athletic excellence.
This position requires strong leadership, recruitment skills, and a deep understanding of team culture and student engagement. The Head Coach will work closely with the Athletic Director to manage the team, enforce College and athletic policies, and support student-athletes on and off the field.

Tentative start date for this role is Jan 1st, 2026. This is a Part-time, exempt position. Work hours will vary to meet the demands of recruiting, student engagement, practice schedules, and competitions. Evening, weekend, and occasional overnight travel will be required.
Salary: $25,000
