Are you outgoing, bilingual, and excited about helping people find the right phone and wireless plan? We’re hiring Wireless Sales Associate (English/Spanish) to assist customers with mobile phones, plans, and accessories in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Do (English & Spanish):

• Help customers with new phone activations, upgrades, and accessory bundles
• Start conversations with shoppers in English or Spanish
• Explain devices, wireless plans, and promotions in clear, simple bilingual communication
• Recommend the right phone, plan, and accessories for each customer
• Assist with device setup, activation, and basic troubleshooting
• Keep wireless displays organized, stocked, and visually appealing
• Deliver excellent customer service / servicio al cliente to every shopper

What Makes You Great for This Role:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) or strong Spanish-speaking ability is a big plus
• High-energy personality and confidence starting conversations
• Motivated to succeed in a retail sales + commission environment
• Reliable, customer-focused, and positive attitude
• Able to stand and move for 8–10 hour shifts
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and most holidays

No wireless experience needed, we provide full bilingual friendly training.

Disclaimer: This position requires flexibility to work at multiple store locations. Candidates should be comfortable traveling between stores as needed.
