Responsibilities include overseeing daily workflow, scheduling staff, enforcing safety policies, hiring and training employees, handling disciplinary actions, coordinating with other departments, completing management reports, performing maintenance, and suggesting operational improvements.
Requirements include excellent communication skills, supervisory experience, knowledge of warehouse policies, safety regulations, and at least five years of related experience. Electrical supply distribution and ERP system experience are preferred.
