We are looking for a detail-oriented Wire Cutter to join our production team. In this role, you will review BOMs, follow routing documentation, cut and strip wires accurately, inspect work, and support quality and efficiency improvements.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks safely. Physical demands involve hand-eye coordination, lifting, and standing for long periods.
You will operate wire cutting machines, hand tools, and computer systems. This is a 2nd shift position, with training on 1st shift and pay differential during training. Reliability, safety, and ability to work independently or in a team are essential.
