We are seeking a Weekend availability Tasting Room Wine Educator to deliver engaging wine tastings and sales at multiple Napa Valley wineries.
Responsibilities include preparing the tasting area, presenting wines, assisting customers, operating POS systems, processing orders, stocking, inventory, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. The role involves representing the brand professionally, building guest relationships, and participating in events.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of tasting room experience, strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of POS systems, accounting, and customer service is essential. The position requires physical mobility, adaptability to outdoor conditions, and the ability to work long, irregular hours, including weekends.
