+ Territory: This position will support our customers and distribution centers in Sonoma, Napa, Richmond, Davis, and Sacramento


+ Shift: Full Time, Early morning start times


+ Schedule: Monday - Friday


+ Pay: $81,000 - $101,000 base + Opportunities for incentives


+ Monthly Car and Mileage Reimbursement program


+ Field based position supporting off premise accounts selling the entirety of our Reyes Beverage Group portfolio - including brands like: Modelo, Coors Light, Lagunitas, with a special concentration on our Spirits and Wine portfolio with brands like Gallo, Tito's, Jack Daniels, as well as our Sazerac portfolios.



Position Responsibilities:



+ As a Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for providing effective leadership, training, and supervision to assigned sales personnel


+ You will direct sales and merchandising efforts in assigned retail stores to ensure results are consistent with company goals for displays, shelfing position, and pricing


+ You will assist the Sales Manager in addressing customer issues, monitoring competitive activity, and managing potential overage situations in the market


+ Other duties as assigned





Required Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of supervisory experience

+ Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis

+ Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
