As a Windows Migration Specialist, you will ensure smooth IT operations (Windows Migration) with excellent customer service. You should work independently or as part of a team, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly and providing clear, patient advice. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows systems, and Microsoft Office suite is essential.
What Youll Do
Builds laptop/desktop with USB Stick or OTA
Provide hands-on technical support and advice on site
Delivering exceptional support experiences to customers
Address customer queries with patience and empathy
Guide and train customers in technology and IT policies
Educating customers on new technologies to enhance adoption
Manage customer expectations for better IT support experiences
Skills Youll Need
Experience with Windows migration projects
Outstanding customer service under pressure
Discretion in prioritizing urgent matters based on business impact
