Window Service Technician

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Service Technician to join our team! This role involves staining, sealing, and servicing window frames to ensure a high-quality finish and long-lasting durability. The ideal candidate has experience with wood finishing, excellent craftsmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site staining and sealing of wood window frames, sashes, and trim.
• Conduct routine maintenance and service on installed windows, including adjustments, repairs, and refinishing.
• Inspect windows for damage, wear, or finish issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Inspect and gather service parts and pieces, maintaining an organized inventory.
• Keep your service vehicle properly stocked with necessary service parts.
• Ensure timely closeout of services to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to company safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in wood staining, finishing, or window service preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of wood types, stain products, and application techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and customers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Schedule - Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Pay Rate - $25-$27 plus bonus incentives
