Windchill PLM customization and functional support
Roles & Responsibilities
Incident resolution beyond L1:- Handles issues involves PLM workflows, CAD/ERP integrations, data management.
Technical trouble shooting:- Diagnosis issue involving issues related to operating systems, network configuration, server configuration middleware for Windchill application.
Root cause analysis:- Identify underline causes of incidents to prevent reoccurrence
System administration :- activities like license management, role and access management, installation and patching.
Functional support:- Resolves problems related to functionality, e.g. with BOM management, change management
Functional level user support and training.
Expert level debugging and issue fixing:- Defect fixing in PLM customizations, integrations and core module implementation
Customization and development:- Implement new features, scripts, workflows tailored to business needs.
Technical support to system upgrades and migrations.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Coordination with different stakeholders
Reporting and communication
Team management
Base Salary Range : $110,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
