Job Summary
The Wholesale Lending Account Executive is responsible for the solicitation of new business for the company, development of marketing materials, and recommending the approval of new brokers to the Wholesale Regional Managers. Account Executives also maintain existing relationships with Wholesale broker production sources.
Account Executives are self-sufficient, confident, and accurate decision makers. They work both independently and cohesively with others and foster a team environment. Maintaining an attitude of approachability and willingness to assist in troubleshooting with customers and Dart Bank departments as needed. They thrive in our ever-changing environment and take great pride in contributing to Dart Bank being an industry leader.

Experience
5+ years of recent mortgage operations experience in mortgage client services.
Minimum 5 years of recent experience as an Account Manager or equivalent role.
Must be proficient with the mortgage loan process and programs.
Experience with Encompass and TPO Connect is preferred.
Experience within the wholesale market is preferred.
Proven production history and established broker base.
Strong knowledge in "A" Paper.
Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs.
