Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead and grow our sales organization in Southern California. This role requires a strong mix of hands-on selling and leadership, with a focus on landing enterprise accounts, negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and driving consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, strategic, and passionate about building a high-performing sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive sales growth in Southern California, targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals, including MSAs and strategic staffing partnerships.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share and achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis to senior leadership.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in staffing, professional services, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing large-scale contracts, including MSAs.
  • Deep understanding of Southern California market dynamics and enterprise client needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently and lead by example.
