Job Description

  • Compute project costs by analyzing labor, materials, and timelines
  • Gather proposals, blueprints, and specifications to prepare estimates
  • Resolve discrepancies through data analysis
  • Present estimates with detailed reports and visuals
  • Develop budgets during conceptual and design phases
  • Review plans for accuracy and consistency
  • Manage all aspects of take-offs and apply unit prices
  • Collaborate with the preconstruction team to bid projects successfully
  • Grow into a leadership role within the estimating team

  • Requirements include 10+ years of estimating experience, ability to handle multiple projects, strong communication skills, and a flexible, independent work style. A degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred but not mandatory.
