Role Overview
Position: Hyper Wellness Representative
Location: McCandless Crossing
Type: Part-Time
Our Hyper Wellness Representative welcomes clients, promotes memberships, supports core wellness services, and ensures every guest has an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, conduct tours, and deliver a best-in-class service experience.
- Educate clients on Restore's therapies and their wellness benefits.
- Drive membership and retail sales to meet studio goals.
- Manage bookings, client onboarding, and general studio operations.
- Support marketing events and outreach efforts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Experience in a membership-based sales role within health/wellness/fitness industry preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong teamwork mentality
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer skills
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
