What You'll Be Doing
- Complete resident assessments, including admissions, transfers, discharges, and change-in-condition reviews
- Monitor resident health, including vital signs and post-incident follow-ups
- Administer medications and treatments with accurate and timely documentation
- Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and wellness needs
- Support and guide CMAs and CNAs throughout each shift
- Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure the best possible care
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in healthcare or assisted living (preferred)
- Current Ohio LPN or RN license (in good standing)
- CPR, TB, and First Aid certifications
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
