**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and coordinate all nursing and wellness operations within the facility.

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of nursing and wellness staff.

**Qualifications:**
- LPN or RN, with an active license in good standing.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in an assisted living setting.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
