What You''ll Do
Lead and support day-to-day clinical operations.
Supervise and mentor caregivers and medication technicians.
Assist with resident assessments and individualized care planning.
Partner with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Ensure quality clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
Help train, coach, and develop care staff.
Step in to support the team and residents when needed.
What We''re Looking For
Current LPN license (RN also welcome to apply)
One or more years of nursing management experience (Unit Manager, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, etc.)
Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long- term care preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for serving older adults

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
