Wellbeing Coordinator (SPA)

Join our team as a Wellbeing Coordinator at a luxury resort's Halehouse Spa, dedicated to delivering the Joy of Wellbeing through transformative experiences for guests, members, and residents.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa and fitness areas.
• Assist guests with treatments, reservations, billing, and retail purchases.
• Recommend services and products through suggestive selling.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in training, meetings, and programs to support team goals.

Qualifications include RBS alcohol certification (within 30 days), customer service experience in hospitality, spa, or retail, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The starting pay is $21.50 per hour, with salary based on experience and education.
