Join our team as a Wellbeing Coordinator to create a unique Joy of Wellbeing experience for guests, members, and residents.
Responsibilities include maintaining spa and fitness areas, scheduling treatments, greeting guests, selling merchandise, and supporting retail efforts.
Ensure cleanliness, recommend treatments, handle reservations and billing, assist guests, and address concerns promptly.
Participate in programs and training to enhance service quality.
The starting pay is $21.50, based on experience and education.
Qualifications include RBS alcohol certification within 30 days, prior customer service or hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Luxury hospitality background is preferred.
