Key Responsibilities
- Supervise welding teams and coordinate workflow
- Inspect weld quality and adherence to welding procedures
- Provide training and mentorship to welding staff
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams
- Maintain safety and production standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years welding experience in industrial or shipbuilding environments
- Leadership experience preferred
