We are seeking a Welding Supervisor for 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, 3pm to 2am, offering $35/hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Weld I-Beam Frames and Fuel Tanks in various positions, handling materials from 10 gauge to ½ inch thick.
- Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind, or bolt components to achieve desired configurations.
- Secure workpieces using hoists, cranes, or hand tools.
- Inspect products and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
Requirements:
- Ability to read measuring devices and blueprints—critical skills.
- Preferred experience with GMAW (MIG/MAG) welding.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, with a drive to succeed.
- Must pass a competency test, pre-employment physical, drug screen, and meet all qualification criteria.
