Position Overview
We are seeking a Welding / Metal Fabrication Assistant to support the production of custom and standard dumbwaiter systems in a small team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in welding and fabrication of dumbwaiter systems
- Read and follow fabrication drawings and job cards
- Build products according to customer specifications
- Work collaboratively with a small team of welders
- Follow direction from supervisors and experienced welders
- Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
Qualifications
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read basic fabrication drawings
- Must be able to pass a welding skills test prior to hire
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $19.24 – $28.85 per hour (based on experience)
