Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Welder to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for performing MIG welding and basic fabrication on a variety of metal components while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

The ideal candidate has previous welding experience, can read blueprints and measurements accurately, and takes pride in producing quality work in a production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment
Proficiency with MIG welding on steel and other metal materials
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math
Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measurements
Experience operating welding and fabrication equipment safely
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow all company safety procedures
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on steel and other metal materials according to specifications
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measurements
Operate welding equipment, grinders, and fabrication tools safely and efficiently
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
Assist with fabrication, assembly, and material handling as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Meet production schedules while maintaining quality expectations
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures
Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a production welding environment
Experience with fabrication and metal assembly processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of welding quality standards and inspection procedures
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching during the workday
Comfortable working in varying temperatures within a manufacturing facility
Ability to safely operate welding equipment while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
