Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading manufacturing company located in Hutchinson, MN. We work one-on-one with great candidates to help connect them with local employment opportunities. We are seeking candidates for Welder positions on night shift. What you will do as a Welder:- Complete welding jobs according to detailed prints and work orders
- Use shop tools and equipment, including tape measures
- Use overhead cranes and other lifting devices as needed
- Follow safety rules and procedures to maintain safe working environment
What you need to be a Welder:- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of shop tools/equipment
- Welding experience and/or education
- Ability to maintain regular, on-time attendance
- Basic understanding of manufacturing regulations
