Hiring Now: MIG/TIG Welders on all Shifts, up to $32/hr
We are hiring a skilled MIG / TIG Welder to join a clean, organized manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality welds and enjoys working on a variety of projects in a job shop environment. Work will vary week to week, so we are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working across different tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on 14–18 gauge material
Conduct TIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel
Complete welds in flat and horizontal positions
Load and unload robotic welding equipment
Perform grinding and finishing work as needed
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy
Assist with additional shop tasks as needed in a job shop environment
Qualifications
Experience with MIG welding
Experience with TIG welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with grinding and finishing
Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
Welding degree or certification is a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
