Position Summary

As a Welder, you will fabricate and weld structural steel components used in the production of concrete products. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, perform quality welds, and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding on structural steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components to meet production specifications.
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools safely.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and structural standards.
• Measure, cut, and position materials accurately using hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG, Stick, or Flux Core welding experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, structural steel, construction, or precast concrete preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and tape measurements.
• Experience using grinders, cutting torches, and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Welding certification is a plus but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong safety mindset.

Payrate:
$22.00/hr

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday ( depending on production needs)
