Welder Fabricator

Express Employment is seeking a skilled Welder to join our clients manufacturing team in Mendota, Illinois. The Welder is responsible for performing acetylene arc and wire-feed welding operations on a variety of agricultural equipment components and assemblies. Direct Hire!

Pay:

• $26.00/HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding based on production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
