Job Description - Welder/Machinist
Seeking an experienced welder familiar with repair experience in the heavy equipment industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Welding of machined parts for hydraulic repairs
Welding/repairing heavy equipment components - blades, buckets, etc.
Performing line/boring repairs
Helping technicians with repairs and tear-downs
Miscellaneous fabrication and repair work
Miscellaneous shops tasks as requested
Maintain a clean and safe workstation
Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
Must have previous experience with multiple welding processes
Good problem-solving skills
Must be reliable, prompt and have a sense of urgency
Good mechanical skills and the physical ability to use hand and power tools
Must be able to move large and heavy components
Previous line-boring experience is a plus
Monday - Friday with 8am-5:30pm business hours with frequent opportunities for overtime. Occasional Saturdays when workload requires.
