What You'll Do
- Fabricate and weld structural components (carbon steel; TIG for stainless is a plus)
- Read drawings, estimate materials, and prep surfaces for fabrication
- Handle pipe fitting, metalwork, priming/painting, and general shop duties
- Operate heavy equipment (in house certification provided)
- Manage materials, tools, and consumables to keep the shop running smoothly
- Collaborate with leadership on project specs and priorities
- Maintain accurate timekeeping, job logs, and training requirements

- Strong welding and fabrication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort with physical work, lifting, loading, and general labor
- Solid communication and attention to detail
