Description: Stand-By Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Side Frame Welder for a growing industrial facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for skilled welders looking to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. Job Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and/or Stick welding on side frame components and assemblies
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production specifications
Fit, align, and tack parts prior to final welding
Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
Grind, clean, and finish welds as needed
Perform minor adjustments and repairs to components
Maintain welding equipment and tools
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Keep work area clean and organized
Meet production goals while maintaining quality workmanship
