One Community Health (OCH) is seeking a detail-oriented front desk receptionist to join our Welcome Team at the White Salmon, Washington clinic location. This Welcome Team position is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and answering patient phone calls. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient registration, including checking patients in and obtaining demographic and billing/insurance information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Receive patient payments and maintain accurate records.
- Answer and screen telephone calls, delivering messages in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a customer service setting.
- Effective communication skills and experience with multi-line telephones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Post high school education in office/clerical coursework.
- Experience working in the medical industry or a call center environment.
- Experience working with low-income, multi-ethnic populations.

Compensation:
- Hourly/Non-Exempt: $23.00-$25.50 per hour
