We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and personable Weight Loss Coach / Front Desk Specialist to join our wellness team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health, fitness, customer service, and client accountability. The ideal candidate will assist clients throughout their wellness and weight loss journey, manage front desk operations, and help oversee red light therapy sessions in a professional and welcoming environment. This is a non-licensed coaching position focused on motivation, education, support, scheduling, and client experience — not medical diagnosis or treatment

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a great team. Someone friendly, energetic, detail-oriented, and a self-starter to help handle all office activities.

Weight Loss Coaching Responsibilities

• Provide encouragement, accountability, and motivational support to clients

• Guide clients through non-medical wellness and weight loss programs

• Assist clients with tracking progress, measurements, and goal setting

• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits, nutrition basics, hydration, exercise, and consistency

• Conduct client check-ins and follow-up communication

• Maintain accurate client notes and progress records

• Help create a positive, supportive, and high-energy atmosphere

Front Desk Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients professionally

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars

• Answer phone calls, texts, and client inquiries

• Process payments and memberships

• Maintain inventory and assist with retail sales

• Keep the facility clean, organized, and welcoming

• Assist with social media content or promotions if needed

*Office hours:*

Hours: Full time Monday - Thursday

The schedule will be 2 days 10:00 - 8:00 and 2 days 9:00- 7:00.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or aesthetics

• Ability to motivate and build relationships with clients

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge

• Sales experience is a plus

• Prior experience in wellness, gym, med spa, nutrition, or customer service preferred

• Must be professional, dependable, and organized

*Compensation*
