We need a Weekend Manager who wants to grow with us—someone who can run daily operations while bringing fresh ideas to help expand our business.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a seasonal team
Manage 12-20 part-time seasonal staff
Handle training, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision
Work alongside your team (we lead from the front, not an office)
Foster the supportive, family-like culture our team is known for
Drive operations and quality
Ensure our homemade ice cream is served at its best in a welcoming atmosphere
Manage inventory of products and supplies
Maintain health code compliance and safety standards
Keep a fast-paced, high-volume operation running smoothly
Grow the business
Support and expand social media presence
Help develop wholesale accounts and catering opportunities
Bring creative ideas for new revenue streams
Have real input on business decisions (we value your perspective)
What We're Looking For
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year in food service (management experience a plus)
ServSafe certification helpful but not required
Availability:
Full season commitment (March through November)
Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
30-40 hours per week
Physical requirements:
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Able to navigate stairs regularly
Can lift up to 25 pounds
