Up to $33.00/Hour Base + Weekend Premium • Big Bend, WI Area • Direct-Hire
- SCHEDULE: Friday, Saturday & Sunday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40! (4 Days Off Every Week)
- PAY & BENEFITS: Up to $33.00/Hour Base + Weekend Shift Premium + Full Corporate Benefits
- EXPERIENCE: 2+ years CNC machining with 1+ years independent setup depth (Mills/Lathes)
- FACILITY ENVIRONMENT: 100% air-conditioned, ultra-clean, modern 5S manufacturing plant
- REQUIREMENTS: US Citizen or Green Card holder; daily commute proximity to Big Bend, WI

Core Responsibilities
- Execute independent setups and run CNC mills and turning centers for complex precision parts.
- Monitor tool wear, adjust tool page offsets, and maintain tight dimensional tolerances.
- Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections using precision measuring hand tools.
- Troubleshoot setup and mechanical issues to ensure consistent weekend production flow.
- Read engineering drawings and strictly follow GD&T requirements.
Key Qualifications
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience with 1+ years executing independent setups on mills or lathes.
- Strong technical fundamentals: Blueprint reading, G&M codes, and GD&T concepts.
- High Reliability: Dedicated commitment to the Friday–Sunday 12-hour day schedule.
- Work History: Solid employment track record demonstrating long-term tenure and attendance.
- Proximity: Living within a comfortable commute of Big Bend, WI.
