We are looking for applicants who are:
Available to work weekends in or near McKeesport
Dependable and punctual
Compassionate, patient, and respectful
Serious about attending scheduled shifts
Able to work independently in a client’s home
Comfortable helping seniors or individuals who need daily support
Able to communicate clearly with clients, families, and office staff
Able to pass required background checks
Prior caregiving, home care, personal care, or direct care experience preferred, but not always required
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred, especially for cases that require travel to client homes.
As a Weekend Home Care Worker, you may assist clients with:
Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
Meal preparation and meal assistance
Medication reminders
Companionship and emotional support
Mobility assistance and fall prevention
Errands, appointments, or transportation support when applicable
Following the client’s care plan
Communicating changes in the client’s condition to office staff
Arriving on time and completing scheduled weekend shifts as committed
