Are you passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences that drive engagement, generate leads, and fuel business growth? We are seeking a Website Performance Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of digital properties, ensuring they are optimized for user experience, search visibility, performance, and conversion. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with marketing, design, content, IT, and development teams to continuously improve website functionality, SEO performance, and customer engagement.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage and maintain website content, ensuring information is accurate, current, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate timely updates, enhancements, and content deployments across digital properties.
  • Ensure all websites deliver a seamless and engaging user experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
  • Partner with creative, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and digital best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve website usability, navigation, page layouts, and overall customer experience.
  • Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and behavioral analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize tools such as heatmaps, clickstream analysis, and customer journey insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ensure websites meet accessibility standards and provide an intuitive experience for all users.
  • Own the execution of on-page and technical SEO initiatives designed to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits, including site speed, indexing, metadata optimization, mobile responsiveness, and technical performance.
  • Partner with content and marketing teams to ensure website copy and content are optimized for both search engines and user experience.
  • Collaborate with web administrators, developers, and IT teams to maintain website stability, security, uptime, and performance.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues impacting website functionality and user experience.
  • Oversee integrations with analytics platforms, marketing automation systems, CRM tools, and other third-party technologies.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, and related platforms to measure success.
  • Present regular website performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience managing website performance, SEO, digital experience, or website optimization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and industry-leading tools, including Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and similar technologies.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and major CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Experience conducting UX research, usability testing, and website accessibility initiatives (WCAG standards).
  • Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting high-traffic, lead-generation focused websites.
  • Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital marketing, and customer journey analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with both marketing and technical teams to deliver digital initiatives.
  • Passion for staying ahead of evolving SEO, UX, and website performance trends.
