Job Description:

Summary

Highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Coordinator to join our team at the corporate office. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting engineering projects by coordinating efforts, managing documentation, liaising between departments, and ensuring seamless operations.

Regular Job Duties

Facilitate and oversee the coordination of engineering projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and reports for easy access and retrieval.
Serve as a point of contact for communication between engineering teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Assist in scheduling project activities, meetings, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow and project progression.
Manage resource allocation including materials, equipment, and personnel to meet project needs.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering coordination or project management role.
Experience in the engineering sector, specifically in infrastructure or construction projects.
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
