Day to Day Activities
Stretching at beginning of shift lead by Supervisor. Stretching throughout the day as needed.
Prep the mould for the web utilizing a variety of hand tools. This includes the following:
Scraping inlays
Removing tape
Scrape resin
Scrape Flange
Mallets
Wax the mould at the end of the cleaning/prep
Follow the work instructions for blade type specific instructions. The instructions include building with the following supplies:
Inlays
Peel Ply
Double Sided Tape
Shears
Glass Packets
Silicon profiles
Fiber glass rope
Netting
Foam
Blue release
Staple gun
Tacky Tape
Spirals
Profiles and connecters
Electrical Tape
Diamond Angle Box
Foam Box
Lightening Cable (if applicable in work instructions)
Web Bag
Position Shift: Mon-Fri 10pm-6:30am
