Responsibilities:

• Design across digital channels, including web, social, and lifecycle marketing/emails.
• Manage multiple project deliverables and deadlines while effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in design and branding across all digital assets.
• Interpret data and research insights to craft compelling stories that resonate with core audiences.
• Possess a strong understanding of performance design, with the ability to collaborate on creative strategy and defend design decisions.
• Optimize web landing pages for performance, using data and testing insights to improve conversion, engagement, and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work on responsive and mobile-first designs.
• Bring interactive designs to life through motion design and animation.
• Scale design systems, develop brands, and document design guidelines.
• Ensure smooth hand-offs between designers and developers, creating clear, detailed design specifications and prototypes for complex interactions.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of proven experience as a Web Designer, with UI/UX and Web experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and collaboration features.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centered design.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and functional designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Wear multiple design hats, helping to work on any project as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
