Job Title: Web Content Editor
Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Rate:$45/hour on w2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Editor to create, edit, and manage web content across digital properties. The ideal candidate will have strong editorial skills, experience with SEO best practices, and the ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and review while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write, edit, and optimize web content for clarity, accuracy, SEO, and brand alignment.
  • Review and refine AI-generated content to ensure quality and compliance with editorial standards.
  • Manage and prioritize content requests while supporting content governance processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver web content efficiently.
  • Conduct content audits and updates to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Apply SEO best practices, including metadata, headers, and keyword optimization.
  • Support web content templates, content management processes, and AI-driven workflows.

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in web content editing, digital content management, or related fields.
  • Excellent copyediting and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar for content workflows.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AI content workflows or automated editorial processes.
  • Background in B2B technology or cybersecurity.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Workfront.
  • Exposure to Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
