Wealth Management Recruiting Sourcer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $40.27/hr (W2)
Time Zone Preference: EST
Hours: 40 hours/week
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Recruiting Sourcer with a strong background in recruiting Client-licensed Financial Advisors. This role will focus on passive candidate sourcing across the Wealth Management sector and will support multiple recruiters managing high-priority territories.
The ideal candidate will bring a true hunter mentality, deep industry knowledge, and experience sourcing for hard-to-fill financial advisory roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and engage passive candidates within the Wealth Management industry
  • Source Client-licensed Financial Advisors and related roles
  • Assess candidate interest, qualifications, licensing, and territory alignment
  • Partner closely with assigned recruiters to coordinate interviews and manage pipelines
  • Maintain consistent territory coverage across multiple open requisitions
  • Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS
  • Support recruiting efforts across New England, Mid-Atlantic, Ohio, and Michigan regions

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Proven experience sourcing Client-licensed Financial Advisors
  • Demonstrated success in passive candidate recruitment for hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong outbound sourcing capability (phone, LinkedIn, email, sourcing tools)
  • High level of persistence, resourcefulness, and resilience
  • Deep understanding of wealth management competitors, licenses, and territories
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Relentless "hunter” mindset with strong networking ability
